Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policy supports our goal of achieving the organization’s mission statement, “To improve the quality of life through the development of science and engineering technologies”. All of our actions are guided through compliance with requirements, recommended practices, innovation, competitive pricing and having a clear understanding of the criteria we are measured against. We conduct our business in a safe working environment, with a strong commitment to quality and the environment at all times, whilst driving continuous improvement in all our processes.
The expectations within our QHSE management system are:
- We will provide adequate control of the health, safety and environmental risks arising from our work activities for both employees and or contractors on site.
- We will provide our employees and or contractors with the necessary skills, training and information to allow them to carry out their duties in a safe manner.
- We will ensure compliance with our Organization Management System and all applicable laws, regulations and recommended practices at all times. Client requirements will be fully understood and satisfied.
- We will promote and maintain service quality and facilitate continuous improvement within each business process.
- We will report and respond to all incidents in a timely manner.
- Every Individual, team and any accountable other(s) will be clear of their roles and responsibilities as it relates to our QHSE practices.
- We will conduct our business to limit any adverse impact to the environment and prevent pollution.
- We will maintain safe, healthy and environmentally friendly working conditions.
- We will monitor, and evaluate project achievements/lessons learned against our organization’s QHSE objectives to continually improve the products and services provided.
